Our Process is Simple:

  • An industry-competitive agreement is signed. 

  • You share the job description(s), along with other details (salary, benefits, etc.)

  • We conduct a search for candidates, screening each one.

  • Once we find the top 2 or 3 candidates, we forward their resume to you for consideration

  • If you like one (or all) of them, we’ll set up an interview for you to meet them.

  • Should you hire one of the candidates we put forward, there is a one-time fee (percentage of annual salary)

  • If you don’t hire any one of our candidates, you pay nothing
