What are your fees ?


13.5% of the annual base salary. Our fees are the most competitive in the business; especially for an agency dedicated to the travel industry.




What is your recruitment process ?


Once you have submitted your role, SkyHighCV scours its database of potential candidates and our specific networks in the travel and tourism sector to find the perfect candidate that would suit your needs. We will then send you their CV for your consideration and schedule an interview with the candidate should you wish to proceed.




Do you conduct reference checks ?


Upon offer of employment, we are able to provide reference and background checks on the successful candidate.





Candidates

Once i apply, how long until someone contacts me ?


Upon submitting your resume, we will review your skills and experience in relation to the role. If you are shortlisted, one of the team will get in touch within 48 working hours to discuss the role and gain additional information about your career history.




Do i have to pay you to be represented ?


Absolutely not. never.




If i am not suitable for this role, will you consider me for others ?


SkyHighCV will consider you for all roles that would be relevant to you and for which you would be the perfect candidate.




Why is the salary not advertised ?


For some vacancies, the salary is negotiated with the company based on the level of expertise and experience that the selected candidate can offer.
